Refunds & Cancellations

We keep cancellations and service concerns straightforward. Call or text 832-808-0026 and we will help.

Booking and payment

When the website sends you to Shopify checkout, placing the order authorizes the displayed one-time or recurring charge. Your exact route day is confirmed separately by text. If checkout is not available, submitting the contact form is only a service request and does not create a charge.

Canceling, skipping, or rescheduling

Monthly and quarterly customers may cancel, skip, or request a new route day before service begins. We do not charge a separate cancellation or rescheduling fee. Cancel a recurring plan before its next billing date to avoid the next automatic charge, and contact us as soon as you know your plans have changed so we can update the route.

Weather or company rescheduling

Heavy weather, unsafe conditions, equipment trouble, ferry delays, or route disruptions may require us to move a cleaning. We will contact you and offer the next reasonable route day. You will not be charged for a service we do not complete.

Completed services

Completed cleanings are generally not refundable. If something was missed or the result is not reasonably consistent with the confirmed service, contact us within 48 hours. Give us a fair chance to inspect the issue and, when appropriate, re-clean the affected area or provide a reasonable partial or full refund.

Bin access and preparation

Bins should be empty and accessible at the confirmed location. If we cannot safely reach or clean them, we will contact you about a new date. Any charge related to a special return trip will be disclosed and approved before it is scheduled.

Power-washing quotes

Large or custom power-washing jobs may have written deposit or cancellation terms in the approved quote. Those job-specific terms control when they differ from this general policy.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. We issue them promptly, but your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears.

Rewards

Hatch Rewards, promotional eggs, and discount codes have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable unless we expressly say otherwise.

These terms apply when you use this website or request trash-bin cleaning, power washing, or related service from BinnysBins.

Booking and confirmation

An order placed through Shopify checkout authorizes the displayed price but does not guarantee a particular route day. Service depends on route availability, property access, weather, equipment, and safe working conditions. We confirm the service date by text. If we cannot offer a reasonable route option, you may choose a refund instead.

Plans, pricing, and payment

Current prices, introductory offers, included bin counts, and additional-bin charges are shown on the website or in your quote. We confirm the applicable price before service. If you choose automatic recurring billing, you authorize the confirmed recurring charge until you cancel. Price changes apply only after reasonable notice.

Recurring service

Monthly service is normally routed about every four weeks and quarterly service about every twelve weeks. Exact dates can vary with neighborhood routing, holidays, weather, and local conditions. You may cancel, skip, or reschedule as described in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and service information. Place empty bins in the confirmed accessible location and tell us about gates, pets, access restrictions, fragile property, or hazards. Do not leave medical waste, chemicals, hot ashes, paint, fuel, pressurized containers, or other dangerous material in a bin presented for cleaning.

Power washing

Power-washing scope and pricing depend on the surface, size, condition, access, drainage, and requested treatment. Move vehicles and fragile items and disclose known surface damage before work begins. Some old stains, oxidation, rust, paint, or permanent discoloration may not be fully removable.

Service results and pest claims

We clean, sanitize, and deodorize the agreed surfaces. Routine cleaning can reduce the food residue and odor that attract pests, but we do not provide structural pest-control treatment and cannot guarantee that insects or rodents will never return.

Hatch Rewards

Reward progress is based on the number of bins verified as completed: one completed bin earns one Hatch Reward credit. One-time discount codes have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be combined unless stated. We may update future program rules, but we will not knowingly remove a reward already confirmed to a customer.

Communications

You agree that we may contact you about your request, appointment, route, payment, or support issue. Marketing texts and emails are optional and require your selection. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts.

Website and acceptable use

Site text, branding, graphics, and the Binny mascot belong to BinnysBins or their respective owners. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false requests, or copy protected material for commercial use.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BinnysBins is responsible only for direct damage caused by our failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, normal wear, customer-supplied hazards, inaccessible areas, or events outside our reasonable control. Any monetary liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future website use or service. Texas law governs these terms. If one part is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.

Service Area

Effective July 11, 2026

BinnysBins builds efficient neighborhood routes around Galveston. An address is not scheduled until we confirm that it fits an active route.

Current coverage

We accept route requests in Galveston, including the East End and West End, as well as Jamaica Beach, Texas City, La Marque, Hitchcock, and Bolivar Peninsula. Availability can differ by street, ZIP code, trash day, bridge or ferry access, and the number of nearby customers.

Address verification

We use the service address, ZIP code, trash pickup day, bin count, and access details to place each customer on the best route. Seeing your city listed does not guarantee an immediate opening. We confirm availability and timing directly before the first appointment.

Route timing

Neighborhood routes may be adjusted for weather, holidays, ferry delays, traffic, equipment, or local collection schedules. If a route changes, we will contact affected customers with the next available option.

Power-washing coverage

Driveway, walkway, patio, and other power-washing jobs are quoted separately. The available radius may differ from recurring bin-cleaning routes because the equipment, job length, and property access are different.

Travel charges

We do not add an undisclosed travel charge. If an address requires special travel or access outside the normal route, we will explain any additional cost before you approve the service.
